Code of Conduct as an obligatory Guide

Safra Sarasin emphasises the importance of continuous training and education to realise the full potential of its global staff and to ensure its employees act in a fully compliant way at all times. The Learning Committee, the ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s learning curriculum along business-relevant training categories and the successful implementation of a Learning Management System are increasing the Group’s ability to deliver online learning programmes, classroom- and blended training opportunities.
